How To Make Chicken Chowder Soup?

1.In a pot melt butter over normal heat, add onions, jalapenos and red bell pepper sauté till tender. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds, stir in flour and cook for a minute, slowly add chicken broth and milk or cream keep mixing till well blended.
